Services

With more than three dozen alumni clients who are now peer volunteers, Rose’s Good Company provides the following services:

Counseling

Clients receive counseling regarding day-to-day decision making and given useful methods to attain positive life skills. We cover how to live a healthier life, work through resentments and live longer by being happier. Call Kelly at (734) 330-0834 (sliding scale fee).

Food

Home-cooked meals are provided on several occasions, as well as affordable restaurant visits when necessary.

Housing

Temporary safe housing is provided when needed.

Employment

Moral support is given on a regular basis to those who are seeking work, re-entering college or training schools. It is not unusual for RGC to accompany clients to job/placement interviews.

Social/Emotional Support

Clients enjoy continuous heartfelt social interactions with Alumni Peers who are living healthy lives.

Transportation

Recipients are transported to local community resources such as the Department of Social Services, Washtenaw County Health Department, Secretary of State offices (to secure photo identification), doctor appointments and family meetings (to strengthen family bonds).

Substance Abuse Recovery Support

Clients are taught the DANGER signs to look for in their addictions. They are then taught the tools to use for recovery.
