On June 23, 2011, Detroit’s WDIV Channel 4 News aired a segment hosted by Steve Garagiola, called “Why So Many Owe Rose Their Lives.” During the segment a few of Rose’s clients tell their stories, and Garagiola emphasizes that these stories are possible “because of Rose Martin, who saves the state thousands of dollars, saves lives and makes everyone safer by recycling Michigan’s most precious resource that we too casually throw away — people.”
